Our Master Builders

Each Connor homeowner works with a local builder of their choosing to erect our package on site as well as contract the additional trades required to finish a home. At Connor Homes we make an effort to promote builders who are recommended by our customers by making them Master and Preferred Builders. Our new Master Builder program is very selective and our list is exclusive.  But we are working with many NEW pending preferred builders. Please feel free to contact any of the builders on this page. We will continually update our list of preferred builders as they qualify. And don't hesitate to email us if you don't see a builder in your area as we are likely to be in dialogue with one.

Connor Homes delivers to every state in the US, every province in Canada and most countries. If you are or know a capable builder who should be included please let us know!

Request information on becoming a Master Builder

Builder Definitions

A Master Builder has successfully completed multiple Connor Homes, has completed our in-house application process, has provided strong client and vendor references and has received high reviews from homeowners and the Connor Homes team. 

A Preferred Builder has successfully completed a minimum of one Connor Home, has completed our in-house application process, has provided strong client and vendor references and has received high reviews from both the homeowner and the Connor Homes team. 

A Pending Preferred Builder is the stage obtained by a builder who has completed our application and whose references have all been positive, but has yet to build a Connor Home. These will be potential new builders in areas that we have identified as being the right fit for Connor Homes and our customers.
